The forum
A members-only forum for kink-practising adults in Australia. Invites come from members.
Getting in
A member sends you an invite link. We never see who they gave it to unless you use it.
- You open the link and complete an age check.
- You tell us how you know the member who invited you, and how to reach you.
- We read it and decide. We reply either way.
- If we say yes, you get a second link and set up your account.
All of that happens at join.mzzld.org, which is a separate site from this one. Your invite link is a page there, and it is the only way in: there is no form to fill in without one, and this page is not a way to ask.
Age checks
Everyone completes one before their account works. A third party runs it and sends us a yes or a no. We never receive your documents or photographs. We keep the answer, the date, and which method was used.
It happens as soon as you open the invite link, before we have read anything about you. That means an application we would have declined has already gone to the vendor by the time we see it. The forum is age-restricted, so the check has to sit in front of the door.
What we keep
If we accept you, your answers stay with your account until your membership ends. If we decline, or you never finish, we strip everything that identifies you. What is left is a dated row saying a request existed and who vouched for it.
We keep the record of who vouched for whom for as long as the account exists. It is how a pattern of bad invitations becomes visible, which is the point of an invite-only community. It is also the most sensitive thing we hold, so it is worth saying where it sits: the community server is in France and its backups are encrypted here and stored in Canada. This is an Australian community whose membership records cross two borders.
The full privacy notice appears at the point you are asked for anything. The privacy page covers what this site does.
Already a member
To invite someone, sign in at join.mzzld.org with the same account you use for the forum. You get a link to pass on, and the person you send it to is your responsibility.
